What's included in the setup fee?

The ₦10,000 setup fee covers: connecting your WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook business accounts, configuring the AI with your specific business details (products, pricing, FAQs), testing the system, and training you on how it works. It's a one-time fee — you only pay it once.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you upgrade mid-month, we pro-rate the cost. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer custom pricing?

What if I need help during setup?
