How is my tier decided?
It depends on your business type and how many customer conversations you realistically handle per day. Local stores and small businesses with occasional contact typically fit Starter. Businesses with consistent, higher daily engagement, like schools or busier retailers, typically fit Standard. On the discovery call we'll ask about your volume and match you to the right tier before quoting anything.
Are there any setup fees?
Yes. Starter has a one-time ₦10,000 setup fee (₦15,000 due at signup, covering the first month), and Standard has a one-time ₦20,000 setup fee (₦30,000 due at signup). Enterprise setup is quoted based on the complexity of your integrations. There are no hidden charges beyond what's shown here.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Pick your billing cycle above, click Get Started on Starter or Standard, and you'll pay the setup fee plus your first billing period right there. Enterprise is quoted first, then invoiced.
What happens right after I sign up?
